Delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on the time of year and availability of the plants ordered, although normally your plants will be sent to you on receipt of order. We will not ship plants during periods of severe cold weather as this may damage them. If we are unable to supply a specific plant or if delivery is delayed then we will contact you. Just Airplants take every care to ensure that the plants are shipped to you in excellent condition. within 24 hours of delivery. The illustrations often show clumps or the plants in bud, however the plants that we ship are generally single plants rather than clumps unless otherwise stated and might not necessarily be in bud. We do offfer an "in bud" service and sometimes have larger specimen plants for sale. Please check Just Airplants News for details of these.
